- Ability to convert what was once taxable cash compensation to something that can be delivered entirely income-tax free, inclusive of investment growth, with the ability to access at any age and for any reason upon completing 1 year of plan participation.
- Agree to a fixed reduction in taxable cash compensation equal to 10% of your 2022 productivity compensation. This reduction will be taken in equal installments throughout each pay period remaining in each plan year.
- In exchange, TriHealth will provide an employer contribution equal to 12.5% of your 2022 productivity compensation to your Loan Regime Split Dollar plan in a lump sum at the beginning of each plan year.

- Significant Additional Life Insurance Protection for your loved ones.
- For those Age 65 and younger, life insurance coverage is generally provided with no medical background information required. For those Age 66 and older, you must qualify medically for the coverage.
